Peter, a refugee who changes the lives of other refugees

Serving those in need does not depend on how much time or resources you have, what matters is your passion and compassion (Peter Akili D.)

In a refugee camp Malawi where education opportunities are very limited, Peter decided to provide free service to our education program at Dzaleka refugee camp. Running the program with extremely limited resources Peter was recruiting community members willing to serve, provide them with training and daily coaching no matter their lack teaching experience they became qualified teachers. Peter is a busy person involved in multiple community services, but the fact of being busy did not stop him to bring a crucial contribution to our program and change the lives of many refugee children.
